ECI European Capital Investments SA ("ECI") is an investment company established as of 2006. The company’s interests are focussed on investment portfolio in potentially fast growing international markets.

Investment philosophy

ECI participates in businesses that can deliver superior results over the long term in an international investment environment. The main purpose is to ensure excellent returns by way of capital growth. This involves the acquisition of meaningful interests in companies that have the ability to generate strong growth prospects.

Business activities

ECI’s business activities are concentrated mainly on the management of investment portfolio and the provision of support rather than on being involved in the day-to-day management.

Subsidiaries not wholly owned are mainly non-listed companies with independent boards of directors. ECI usually has non-executive representation in its participations.
